MineGo opens in stages. People on the waitlist get access first, and we email you when your stage opens.

Yes. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and doesn't commit you to anything.

How do payments work?+

When you win an auction, you pay through secure checkout. The seller ships once payment is confirmed, and you can follow the order from My Wins.

How are sellers verified?+

Every seller completes identity verification before they can host an auction or list products.

What if my item doesn't arrive or isn't as described?+

Open a dispute directly from your order. The MineGo team will review the case with both buyer and seller to reach a fair resolution.
